Dhruv Jurel Devastated After Missing Ton But Gesture From Teammates Win Hearts
Dhruv Jurel was the top performer for India with the bat on Day 3 of the fourth Test match against England in Ranchi on Sunday but the youngster was left devastated when he missed out on a maiden century. The wicket-keeper batter looked in fine touch as he played a determined knock against the English bowlers but he was dismissed on 90 by Tom Hartley. He was visibly upset at missing out on the major milestone and Mohammed Siraj was quick to console him. However, the crowd erupted in cheers to acknowledge his gritty knock and he even received a standing ovation from his teammates.
