YouTuber Brandon William has taken on all manner of physical challenges on his channel, from the U.S. Navy SEAL fitness test to the One Punch Man workout. In his latest video, he subjects himself to 30 days of gruelling Brazilian jiu jitsu training, in combination with calisthenics and strength training, to see how far he can progress in the span of a month.
