Badminton Association of India (BAI), chief coach Pullela Gopichand on Friday filed his nomination for the post of the vice-president. It was believed that Gopichand would file his nomination for the general secretary's post and that he had also got the nod of president Himanta Biswa Sarma. But after hectic parleys, Gopichand filed his nomination for the VP's post along with outgoing secretary Ajay Singhania while junior India coach Sanjay Mishra filed his nomination for the post of general secretary.
