While indicating he would like to be a mentor of an Indian Premier League (IPL) side, Yuvraj revealed that he tried to ask Gujarat Titans head coach Ashish Nehra for a job at the team but the latter denied. Yuvraj himself has been a star in IPL in the past. He played for franchises like Punjab Kings (previously named Kings XI Punjab), Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians. The southpaw featured in 132 IPL games and scored 2750 runs with a highest score of 83.
