According to a press statement by CAF on Friday, the Clubs participating in the Preliminary Stages of both the Champions League and Confederation Cup will each get $50 000. This is in line with CAF President, Dr Patrice Motsepe’s promise to improve club competitions and provide more financial assistance to clubs.
