Formula 1's top teams had mixed results at the conclusion of the 2022 Hungarian Grand Prix. It was all smiles for Red Bull Racing and Mercedes-AMG, while their Italian foes Ferrari was left lamenting missed opportunities.

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen said the team’s late call to switch away from their original planned strategy underlined their self-belief.
Leclerc faded from leading halfway through the race to finish sixth at the Hungaroring on Sunday after a switch to the hard compound tyre saw his pace nosedive.
