Ahead of the start of the first Test against Pakistan, Australia batter Usman Khawaja shared a major throwback picture on social media. The veteran batter, who was born in Islamabad, took to Instagram to share a picture of him playing at the old Rawalpindi stadium. The picture was taken almost 30 years back, days before Khawaja and his family moved to Australia. He was five years old when his family left for Australia.

Australia will have to do without Glenn Maxwell for the upcoming tour of Pakistan, the all-rounder confirmed on Tuesday.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is extremely pleased that Australia have announced a full-strength squad for the upcoming series amidst fears that a few top players may skip the tour to the country. PCB's chief operating officer Faisal Hasnain said the announcement assures them that the series would take place as scheduled. "It is indeed good news for Pakistan cricket and fans that they have announced a full-strength squad as they were afraid some of their players might skip the tour," Hasnain said.
Australia have named a full-strength squad for their historic Test series in Pakistan, which is set to begin on March 4.
