Sourav Ganguly, the former India skipper and current president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), has denied that he will be a part of the upcoming second edition of Legends League Cricket. His clarification came minutes after the tournament organisers had issued a press release, saying that the former India skipper will be a part of the league.

Virender Sehwag, Irfan Pathan and Yusuf Pathan will be in action when the second season of the Legends League Cricket returns in September with four teams and 110 International players on board, the organisers announced on Tuesday. "I love to be on the cricket field. I missed playing the 1st season of LLC but it would be great to go back into the field with the LLC season 2," Sehwag, who missed the last season, said. Apart from Sehwag, the Pathan brothers have confirmed their participation so far in the tournament.
Dinesh Karthik, with his performance in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 and the recently-concluded India-South Africa T20I series, has instilled that belief that he can be a great finisher in the T20I format. Former India cricketer Yuvraj Singh and his wife Hazel Keech on Saturday revealed the name of their baby boy. Taking to social media, Yuvraj shared pictures of the couple with their son.
