Katarina Johnson-Thompson won the 100m hurdles and the 4x400m at the Loughborough International in her first competition since the Commonwealth Games last August. The 2019 world heptathlon champion ran 13.73 seconds in the 100m hurdles which was 0.8 seconds ahead of Mia McIntosh. Ad Johnson-Thompson ran the second leg of the 4x400m relay, in a team comprising of Ama Pipi, Poppy Malik and Louise Evanswhich, which England won in a time of 3:37.03.
