Richarlison is set to join Tottenham Hotspur after the North London club reached agreement with Premier League rivals Everton over the Brazil striker's transfer, according to reports.
Everton are reportedly in talks with fellow Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur over a potential summer move to Goodison Park for Harry Winks, but no concrete offer has been made as of yet as the Toffees want a loan deal with the option to buy.
