Y Verstappen aparcó el Red Bull a veinte vueltas del final porque algo olía fatal y echaba humo. Desde fuera, apunta a otro problema con el combustible del motor Honda, y es su segundo abandono en tres carreras. Dos ceros para él, uno para Sainz, y dos triunfos para Leclerc, cada vez más líder y sin oposición en Melbourne.
