Afghanistan wicketkeeper-batter Rahmanullah Gurbaz was recently asked to choose between the cover drive of star India batter Virat Kohli or former Pakistan skipper Babar Azam. Both these batters are known for their powerful hitting and many fans often draw many comparisons between the two. While Kohli had an exceptional outing in the recently concluded ODI World Cup as he became the Player of the Tournament, Babar, on the other hand, received severe criticism for team's poor form and even stepped down from the captaincy.

Pakistan's tour of Australia will kick-start on December 14 in Perth. Both the teams will be squaring off against each in a three-match Test series with batter Shan Masood leading the visitors. Pakistan's team went under a revamp after their debacle in the recently concluded ODI World Cup in India, where they finished fifth. Skipper Babar Azam stepped down as the captain across all three formats and the entire coaching staff was also changed. However, the 1992 World Cup champions will now aim for redemption in the upcoming Tests against Australia.

Pakistan Test skipper Shan Masood, Babar Azam and Sarfaraz Ahmed were involved in a hilarious conversation regarding an outing after the end of day's play during the ongoing warm-up match against Australia's Prime Minister XI in Canberra. In a conversation captured on the stump mic, the trio can be heard talking about the outing plan in the middle of the match which ends with Babar breaking down in laughter. “Hum time se ready ho jayenge gaye (We'll get ready on time)," Masood said. “Ap time peye aa jana, aap log 3 log log honge na (Please come on time, you'll be three guys, right?," Sarfaraz said. “Aa teeeja kera aa gaya (Where did the third one came from?)," Babar remarked leaving all of them in splits.

In the practice Test between Australia's Prime Minister's XI and Pakistan, Matt Renwshaw did the unthinkable as he reached his half-century by scoring a '7'.
