Granada's match against Athletic Bilbao on Sunday in La Liga was abandoned after a supporter died in the stands at the Nuevo Los Carmenes stadium. The match was paused after 18 minutes with visitors Athletic leading 1-0 as the Granada fan received medical attention, with La Liga confirming the match was then abandoned "because of the sad death of a fan" in a statement.
Athletic Bilbao forward Inaki Williams scored a second-half equaliser to hold Girona to a 1-1 draw in LaLiga on Monday (Nov 27), denying the Catalan side a return to the top spot.

Manchester City are reportedly interested in bringing Leroy Sane back to the Etihad next summer.

Xavi's Barca will face leaders Real Madrid next Saturday in the Clasico just one point behind their bitter rivals, and second-placed Girona, who beat Almeria 5-2 earlier on. For a long time it seemed like Barcelona would not find the breakthrough against their Basque visitors but striker Guiu, 17, netted under a minute after being thrown on by Xavi.
