El presidente de la UEFA, Aleksander Ceferin, habló ante los medios en Viena y explicó, entre otras cosas, el reparto de entradas para la final de Champions en París entre Madrid y Liverpool que tanta controversia ha generado pues cada club contará con 20.000 y la UEFA se quedará las restantes, en torno a 25.000. «Esto ya se lo expliqué a los equipos antes. El 93% de los beneficios de la final va al reparto de los clubes, en el resto de la competición el 100% es para el equipo que juega en casa. Cada club tendrá 20.000 entradas. Los sponsors pagan cientos de millones por sostener la competición, hay unos tickets que les corresponden a ellos por cuestiones contractuales. Las entradas no son para mí, o para la UEFA. Yo no regalo entradas. Para nosotros no cambiaría mucho si costarán 10 euros, pero sí para los clubes».
