Nawaz hit his first T20I ton in 44 balls, fastest by a Pakistan player, overtaking Babar Azam's 49-ball ton against South Africa in 2021. Ravichandran Ashwin, who retired from international cricket in December, 2024, is likely to have a road named after him in Chennai. According to reports, the Greater Chennai Corporation has decided to rename Ramakrishnapuram 1st Street in West Mambalam. The spinner, who will be playing for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2025, has a house in that street and lives there. According to a TOI report, the proposal for renaming was submitted by Carrom Ball Event and Marketing Company Private Limited, which is owned by Ravichandran Ashwin.
