Indian cricket team star Virat Kohli looked in solid touch during the first Test match against West Indies in Dominica and although he missed out on a century, the innings was enough to get the fans talking. Ahead of the second Test match, Kohli was pictured working out in the gym and he took to social media to discuss his workout routines. In a video posted on Instagram by the cricketer, Kohli could be seen doing squats along with a dumbbell and he wrote that this was one of his “go to” workouts for strength. “My go to exercise for mobility plus strength? Goblet squats,” the caption read.

India dominated a hapless West Indies team in the first Test in Dominica to win by an innings and 141 runs. Yashahvi Jaiswal shone with the bat with a terrific 171 in his maiden innings while Ravichandran picked 12 wickets in the match as India took a 1-0 lead in the two-match series. It was an easy outing for India and the players could be seen having fun on the field. After West Indies went nine down in the second innings India sensed a win was just a matter of time. But then their No.11 Jomel Warrican started hitting with some unusual shots. Seeing that Kohli could not hide his laughter and was caught on the stump mic saying, "Ye Kaun si batting kar raha hai (what kind of batting is this?"

India completely outplayed West Indies in the first Test match in Dominica but not before the pitch produced a few surprises for the visitors. There were clear cracks on the playing surface by Day 2 and a few deliveries produced movements that took the batters by surprise. On Day 3, a delivery from Kraigg Brathwaite landed on one of the cracks and it spun and bounced steeply much to the amazement of Ravindra Jadeja. Jadeja quickly called for a helmet considering the unpredictable movement of the deliveries and even Virat Kohli could not hide his emotions, producing a cheeky smile.
