Asked if his county stint has helped him improve his game, Pujara answered, "Yes of course."
Cheteshwar Pujara is currently going through a rich vein of form. He recently completed 5,000 List A cricket runs. The India Test veteran reached the landmark during Sussex's One Day Cup match against Middlesex at Hove on Tuesday. Pujara unleashed a rare side of him during his side Sussex's match against Middlesex, smashing 132 runs in just 90 balls with 20 fours and two sixes. He was striking runs at a great strike rate of 146.66. Earlier, in the season, Pujara featured for Sussex in the longer format too at the County Championship.

Talented Shubman Gill will be representing Glamorgan for the remainder of the English county season joining a host of Indian players led by Cheteshwar Pujara, who has been plying his trade in the United Kingdom. Gill, who has had two back-to-back Player of the Series awards in ODIs against the West Indies and Zimbabwe, has so far played 11 Tests and nine ODIs for India. He has been in tremendous form of late with one hundred and three fifties in his last six 50-over games. He is also an integral part of the Indian Test squad.
