A four-month-old baby boy from Rochale died in a 'filthy' and 'unsanitary' home with traces of cocaine and cannabis in his system, an inquest heard.
Mum Sophie Riley found baby Grant John Storey-Delaney 'turning grey with a blanket over his face' in his baby bouncer in the early hours of February 22, 2021, a hearing at Rochdale Coroner's Court was told.
Paramedics attended, but Grant had sadly already passed away. Searching the family's Buckley Lane home in the following days, Detective Inspector Maxwell remarked it was 'one of the worst addresses' she had ever been in during her 29 years of service.
