Stoke City are ready to make Tariqe Fosu their eighth signing of the summer as Michael O'Neill puts the finishing touches to his squad heading towards the final fortnight of the window.
The 26-year-old will be an option to fill a few roles at Stoke, starting with right wing-back in the absence of injured Harry Clarke (shin).
He can also provide cover and competition to Josh Tymon on the left and can be used further forward, either on the wing or in a central attacking midfield position.
He has spent the last two years at Brentford, making 49 appearances in league and cup in the season they won promotion to the Premier League, and from the podcast Beesotted Brentford, has provided an insight into what to expect during a season-long loan at the bet365 Stadium.
