Ronaldo, Messi, Pele, Lewandowski: Who has the most club goals in history?

Last Saturday evening, Robert Lewandowski was Barcelona‘s match-winner against RCD Mallorca away from home.

The Polish striker has been a revelation since joining the Catalan side from Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window.

Barcelona coughed up around €50 million to acquire the striker’s signature and he’s been worth every single penny thus far. Lewandowski scored his ninth La Liga goal of the season to secure a precious 1-0 win over Mallorca, a victory which has seen the Blaugrana leapfrog Real Madrid at the top of the table.

And the 20th minute strike from the 34-year-old also saw him achieve yet another incredible personal milestone. Lewandowski’s winner at the Visit Mallorca Stadium was his 500th goal in club football and that’s seen him join one of the sport’s most exclusive clubs.
