Questions regarding the direction Manchester United are heading in have resurfaced following Sunday's Premier League derby defeat to bitter rivals Manchester City.
The Reds were well off of the pace during the Old Trafford encounter, with City forward Erling Haaland netting twice and setting up teammate Phil Foden to ensure the win.
United appear to once again be a club in crisis following the defeat, with the likes of former players Roy Keane and Gary Neville criticising some of the decisions that have been made behind-the-scenes.
But United chief executive Richard Arnold has responded to recent criticism, while progress also appears to be being made with the Reds' long injury list, as Amad nears a return.
