Argentina memang masih menduduki posisi teratas Ranking FIFA. Tapi, poin Albiceleste didekati Prancis dan Spanyol. Demikian update Ranking FIFA terbaru, Kamis (24/10/2024) sore WIB.

Total perolehan poin didapat dari dua laga internasional bulan ini. Posisi tiga besar masih ditempati Argentina di urutan pertama, disusul Prancis di urutan kedua dan Spanyol di urutan ketiga.

Namun, total poin Argentina menurun 5,52 poin ke 1.883,5 poin. Sementara, Prancis dan Spanyol sama-sama naik berbekal dua kemenangan di UEFA Nations League.

Prancis kini punya 1859,85 poin disusul Spanyol dengan 1844,83 poin. Argentina kehilangan angka saat diimbangi Venezuela 1-1 sebelum membantai Bolivia 6-0.

Super Eagles move three steps to 36th in FIFA ranking

Despite their inability to play in the last round of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying series following CAF’s decision to call off their game against Libya, the Super Eagles have moved up three places in the latest FIFA rankings. Morocco, Senegal, and Egypt are the three leading teams in that order. Argentina, France (second), and Spain (third) are still the leading teams in the world, followed by England (fourth), Brazil (fifth) and Belgium (sixth).
