Since the departure of Fernandinho this summer, Raheem Sterling has held the title of Manchester City's longest-serving player - until his move to Chelsea was confirmed.

After 338 appearances and four Premier League titles, Sterling said an emotional farewell to City fans as he swapped Manchester for London to team up with Thomas Tuchel at Stamford Bridge.
