Philippe Clement insists it won't be his call whether Ianis Hagi leaves the Rangers for free. The Romanian isn't part of the plans at Rangers and is a prime candidate to depart Ibrox before the end of the transfer window.
Clement needs to raise funds to bankroll further additions, and a £3million return to Fiorentina looked to be close for the Romanian international.
But reports have since emerged that the Light Blues may be willing to let Hagi leave without a fee should he strike a deal with another club.
And while Clement didn't rule that out, he stressed that the financial decisions are out of his hands and his main focus is deciding what type of players are needed rather than who is worth what.
