He has a suspected lower back stress fracture.Magala, who was also part of the recent white-ball tour against Australia, has still not recovered from a knee injury."It was decided that the risk associated with his inclusion in the squad outweighed his obvious value to the team," read the Cricket SA statement.Proteas white-ball coach Rob Walter therefore opted for Dolphins all-rounder Phehlukwayo and Titans seam bowler Williams in the finalised 15-player squad.Phehlukwayo made his ODI return in two of the five ODIs against Australia, scoring 39 runs and taking two wickets.Meanwhile, Williams boasts a solitary ODI appearance, having made his debut against Ireland in 2021."It's hugely disappointing for Anrich and Sisanda to be missing out on the 50-over World Cup.
