Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady look to bounce back: Five things for NFL Week 7

The NFL today starts Week 7 of their operations in the 2022 NFL season, and there is no shortage of storylines this week.  Week 6 gave us no shortage of talking points, from the bust up on the sideline of Carolina Panthers Robbie Anderson (who has since found himself a member of the Arizona Cardinals), to Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady spending a day partying at former owner Robert Kraft’s wedding and them putting in a stinker against the Pittsburgh Steelers, or just the incredible results that proved why the league this year is so open and why you should never expect anything in this league.

But whilst others focus their attention on what has gone on before, we need to turn our attention to this coming week and the games that are going to be played, as once again the NFL has thrown us up some interesting matchups that I’m sure everyone will be eager to watch.

However, you can’t keep your eye on everything that is going on across the NFL landscape (trust us, we try), so every week we try to narrow it down to just five of the biggest talking points and what the major storylines are that you should be looking out for when you sit down to watch the games.

In no particular order, here they are: Oddly, we are going to start on a serious matter here, and that’s the situation surrounding the health of Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett and Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, with the latter’s concussions in recent weeks sparking a serious investigation from the league offices.
