Manchester United have confirmed their provisional squad numbers for the new season, although new signing Rasmus Hojlund is still without a number and there could still be changes before the end of the summer transfer window.
Hojlund was officially unveiled after his move from Atalanta last weekend, but he'll miss the start of the season due to a minor back injury and the number he'll wear upon his return is yet to be confirmed.
The striker wore the number 17 shirt during his time at Atalanta and that is currently occupied by Fred, who could leave this summer. The club have urged supporters to consider the risk of buying numbered replica jerseys in the next few weeks, as they are subject to change, although the majority of the provisional numbers submitted to the Premier League are expected to be unchanged.
