KOI Ingin Asian Games 2022 Jadi Batu Loncatan Menuju Olimpiade

Komite Olimpiade Indonesia (NOC) berharap Tim Indonesia dapat memanfaatkan Asian Games 2022.

Ajang itu ingin dijadikan batu loncatan menuju Olimpiade 2024. Ketua KOI Raja Sapta Oktohari mengatakan atlet Tim Indonesia harus berambisi tinggi.

Terkini, Menpora Dito Ariotedjo mengumumkan kontingen Indonesia untuk Asian Games berkekuatan 415 atlet yang akan turun di 31 cabang olahraga sebagaimana diungkapkan di Kemenpora, Jumat (1/9).

Dalam jumpa pers tersebut, Menpora menargetkan Indonesia bisa meraih 8-12 medali emas di Asian Games. Dengan raihan itu diharapkan Indonesia bisa menempati posisi 12 besar.
