Fabrizio Romano has revealed that once certain players have departed, Manchester City will submit a proposal for Marc Cucurella. The journalist claimed that once City have sold at least one of Nathan Ake and Raheem Sterling – both of whom are linked with moves to Chelsea – they will target Cucurella.
Romano took to his YouTube channel to say: “Once they sell at least one player between Sterling and Nathan Ake – or maybe both of them – at that point, Man City will submit a proposal for Marc Cucurella from Brighton.
He’s a top target for Man City.” The Citizens have certainly had a good summer so far, welcoming Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez to their frontline.
And if they complete the signing of Cucurella, they will address another problem of theirs – this time coming in the left-back department.
