Celtic star Cameron Carter-Vickers has left the door open for a return to the English Premier League in the future. The centre-back has been vital to the success at Parkhead over the last two campaigns after an initial loan from Tottenham was made permanent last summer.
The 25-year-old formed an impressive partnership with Carl Starfelt at the heart of the Celtic backline which saw him return to the USA International set-up and earn a call-up for the World Cup in Qatar.
Despite being hampered by injury this term under Brendan Rodgers, America boss Gregg Berhalter has called Carter-Vickers up for the double header against Germany and Ghana.
And after finding success with the Hoops, the defender was put on the spot about the prospect of a return to England. Speaking to American outlet The Sporting News, Carter-Vickers was asked about the prospect of a second "shot" at the Premier League.
