Brentford boss Thomas Frank has become Leicester City's "top target" to replace Brendan Rodgers, according to a report. The former Celtic manager is on the brink at the King Power Stadium as a dismal start to the new season leaves the winless Foxes rooted to the bottom of the Premier League after seven games.

Reports from England indicate Leicester are reluctantly weighing up a decision on whether or not to fire Rodgers after just over two-and-a-half years in charge.

Leicester made only one notable summer signing and sold first-choice centre-back Wesley Fofana to Chelsea for £70million on transfer deadline day.

Pressure has mounted on Rodgers in recent weeks with his side losing six league matches on the spin - including a 6-2 drubbing from Tottenham on Sunday.
