When the Springboks play the All Blacks in London next week, it will be in their traditional green and gold jerseys, but the world champions will face kit issues at the Rugby World Cup.Next Friday's game (25 August) against New Zealand doesn't fall under World Rugby regulations.

However, for their World Cup games the Boks will play in an assortment of colours, according to Rapport, to accommodate World Rugby's inclusivity regulations relating to those with colour vision deficiency (CVD) - or colour blindness - for the tournament. In their World Cup opener against Scotland in Marseille on 10 September, the Boks will play in their hype jade strip as they are Team B.

When the two nations met in the 2015 World Cup in Newcastle, the Boks wore white and green with Scotland in their home strip.Scotland, ostensibly, will be playing in their normal navy-blue strip, which, in the past, has clashed with the Boks' home kit.
