Australia defender Aziz Behich is on the brink of joining Dundee United as Jack Ross looks to add the experienced left-back to his ranks.
Behich, 31, is a free agent after leaving Giresunspor and has 48 caps for the Socceroos to his name. He made 148 appearances for the Turkish side, chipping in with six goals and eight assists, but left this summer in pursuit of a new club.
United boss Ross has been keen to add a new left-back having already signed Behich's international teammate Mark Birighitti in this window from Central Coast Mariners.
And Behich will arrive to compete with Scott McMann and youngster Flynn Duffy in a major boost to Ross' ranks. Behich has most recently had spells in Turkey with Istanbul Basaksehir, Bursasor and Kayserispor.
