Tobi AmusanWorld Champion, Tobi Amusan, has advised upcoming athletes to be careful with whom they mix with, and more importantly, of what they put into their system.The 100 metres world record holder said athletes must be careful with who they leave their drinks and other food items with, saying a minute’s carelessness could prove costly in an athlete’s career.Speaking during her unveiling as a Glo ambassador at the weekend, Amusan said: “My advise to the younger generation is they should stay grounded and keep focusing and work hard.“Don’t let anyone stop you from your dreams, keep working hard and the sky is your starting point.“If for any reason you want to go anywhere, take your drink with you.

Don’t leave it with anyone, because you never know who may want to sabotage your efforts.“Drug cheating is a serious issue, which can ruin your career.
