Ally McCoist has ripped in to VAR for 'slapping' Aberdeen in the face in the Europa Conference League. The Dons were steering their way to a first win in Group G after two goals from Bojan Miovksi and Dante Polvara had Barry Robson's men cruising.
That was before PAOK hit back with two late strikes to set up an enthralling finish, but not before Aberdeen defender Jack McKenzie seemed to be taken down in the area.
Referee Sebastian Gishamer waved away the heavy protests before VAR got involved in to strike the Dons in the cruelest of fashions in injury time after a tackle from Slobodan Rubezic.
But Rangers hero McCoist reckons it was an utter slap in the face for VAR not to have intervened and reviewed the decision when Aberdeen were winning 2-1.
