Allan Saint-Maximin gifted a stunned Newcastle United supporter a Rolex watch after the opening-day win over Nottingham Forest at the weekend.

The French forward was in a generous mood following the victory that was secured by goals from Fabian Schar and Callum Wilson.

After the match at St James’ Park, Saint-Maximin went to greet the fans – and left one shocked when he handed over the expensive timepiece.

Steve Dutton shook the winger's hand and thanked him for his generosity before taking to Twitter to reveal he was the lucky Toon supporter.
