'All lines closed' on major Welsh railway route - live updates
National Rail has warned of an "incident" near the railway between Newport and Hereford, closing all lines.
It has warned that trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to an hour, or revised.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Transport for Wales services are affected by the incident.
