Alfredo Morelos has "let Rangers down" and cost the club points with his antics, according to Alan Stubbs. The former Celtic man reckons the striker has caused the club to drop points already this season because of his ill discipline.

Morelos was sent off in Rangers' 2-2 draw with Hibs at Easter Road earlier in the campaign before failing to make Gio van Bronckhorst 's first team squad for the all important Champions League play-off in Eindhoven.

But the Colombian is likely to be back and available for selection soon, with the Ibrox boss praising his attitude earlier in the week.

Stubbs, however, insists damage has already been done during the forward's time in Govan, with his behaviour proving costly at crucial points throughout the seasons.
