Manchester United triple team news hint for Brentford clash as Erik ten Hag prepares for huge boost

Manchester United will be looking to continue the momentum from their thrilling win over Liverpool when they travel to Brentford on Saturday.

Erik ten Hag's side secured a memorable FA Cup quarter-final win over their fierce rivals before the international break to set up a semi-final against Coventry City. But their focus will now be on their battle for Champions League football next season when they travel to play Thomas Frank's team.

And several players have hinted they will feature in Saturday's game in West London. Lisandro Martinez, Rasmus Hojlund, Antony and Sofyan Amrabat are among the players to have put pre-match graphics of the match on their Instagram stories in a hint that they may start against the Bees.

United have several injury worries going into the game against Brentford. Casemiro missed the victory over Liverpool with a hamstring problem and has trained outdoors this week but Ten Hag was undecided over whether he would start against Brentford.

"Casemiro? He has now [had] some sessions on the pitch and also yesterday in the team training so he is making good progress," he said. "We have to assess when we go tomorrow if he starts or whether we wait."

However, in a boost for Ten Hag's team, influential centre-back Martinez is in line to return. The defender has been sidelined with a medial collateral ligament injury since the victory over West Ham on February 4.
