Vincent Kompany's Approach Under Attack: Bayern Munich Between Genius And Madness

The international break seems to have come at just the right time for Bayern Munich, allowing the 2020 treble winners a chance to regroup under head coach Vincent Kompany. Despite widespread praise for the team's entertaining style of play, their high-risk approach has led to a concerning number of goals conceded, sparking debate among fans and analysts. With five goals conceded in their last three matches - two league draws and a UEFA Champions League loss to Aston Villa - Bayern's attacking prowess has been overshadowed by defensive lapses. While the team dominates in terms of possession, shots and corners, the results have been less favorable.

PAK vs ENG Live Score Updates 1st Test Day 3: Zak Crawley, Joe Root Key As England Look To Avoid Follow-On

Pakistan vs England Live Score 1st Test Day 3: England will resume at 96/1 on Day 3 of the 1st Test, trailing Pakistan by 460 runs in Multan. Zak Crawley's run-a-ball unbeaten 64 gave England a strong start after Pakistan posted a mammoth 556 in the first innings. Crawley was batting alongside former captain Joe Root, who not on 32, after skipper Ollie Pope's early dismissal. Pope had to bat up the order after opener Ben Duckett picked up an injury while taking a catch on Day 2. England need another 261 to avoid a follow-on -- a task eminently achievable on a pitch offering no help to bowlers. No Champions Trophy 2025 Final In Pakistan If India Qualify? Report Makes Big Claim

There has been a lot of conversation regarding the Champions Trophy 2025 taking place in Pakistan and what that means for India's participation in the tournament. India and Pakistan have not played a bilateral series in over a decade due to political tensions and the only time the two teams face each other is during international competitions. While Lahore has reportedly been confirmed as the venue for the tournament's final, a report by Telegraph.co.uk claims that the final can be shifted to Dubai if the Indian cricket team end up qualifying for the summit clash of Champions Trophy 2025.

Yuvraj Singh Scathing Comment On Abhishek Sharma's Post After 1st T20I Turns Heads

Chasing a mediocre target of 128 runs against Bangladesh in the first T20I on Sunday, India openers Abhishek Sharma and Sanju Samson looked to give the team a fine start. Just as the duo looked to have settled in, Abhishek was run out for 16 runs off 7 balls. The disappointment at losing the wicket in such a fashion was visible on the batter's face. Though India still went on to win the match by a comprehensive margin, Abhishek didn't manage to evade criticism.

New Stadium Gives Real Madrid A Headache

Real Madrid's revamp of its historic Santiago Bernabeu stadium has become a problem for the Spanish football club, with locals protesting against noise from concerts and the permanent construction works. The stadium began hosting concerts again earlier this year after it completed a years-long revamp that included an undulating metal roof, new lighting, shops, VIP areas and a retractable pitch. The goal is to allow the venue, inaugurated in 1947 as a traditional football pitch, to be used as a year-round entertainment hub.
