The Legends League Cricket comes out just as another opportunity for the fans to see their favourite and retired cricket stars in action. Meanwhile, the players -- who all now barely get a chance to showcase their skills on the ground post retirement -- also take the opportunity with both the hands and give it their all on the ground, showing that age is just a number for them. Amidst all, some players also make sure that the entertainment goes on. The fans got a moment to cheer on the ground when India Lions' star players Harbhajan Singh and Suresh Raina stole the show with 'Naatu, Naatu' dance moves on the ground.
After winning the Test series 2-1 against Australia, hosts India would aim to start the ODI series between the sides on a dominating note. Regular captain Rohit Sharma won't be available for the first game and hence Hardik Padya would be leading the Indian side. On the other hand, Australia skipper Pat Cummins -- who lost his mother recently -- will be missing the entire series. It will be Steve Smith, who will lead the guests in Cummins' absence. The fiirst match will take place at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium.
A true stalwart in Bangladesh cricket, Shakib Al Hasan is an incredibly popular figure in his country. However, such popularity sometimes gives cricketers of such reach a big disadvantage. In a video that has surfaced on social media, Shakib was literally manhandled by fans who didn't want to miss out on an opportunity to click pictures with the Bangladesh all-rounder. However, chaotic scenes erupted at an event as Shakib was leaving the venue, making it really difficult for him and the people accompanying him to control the situation.
NBA teams doing their scouting right already have a very good picture of a college prospect by this point in the season — they have watched the film, seen him in person, talked to his coach, and have a good sense of what they might be drafting. While the scouts will watch the NCAA Tournament games, it shouldn’t shift the draft board much — until the owner falls in love with a player during the tournament and blows everything up.
