Veteran spinner Ravichandran Ashwin provided just that on the second ball of the day as he got Usman Khawaja. Ashwin bowled a fuller delivery close to the off stump. Khawaja, who came forward to defend, got a faint outside edge. The Indians appealed in unison and the umpire gave out. The incident took place in the sixth over of Australia's second innings when Khawaja looked to paddle-sweep Ravindra Jadeja in his first over. The Aussie opener middled the ball to perfection but it looked like he was not exactly aware where Iyer was positioned.As the ball flew off Khawaja's bat, Iyer, stationed at leg-gully ducked for cover but in the process put both his hands over his right shoulder and the ball somehow stuck to his hands. He then rolled over and landed on his shoulders to complete the acrobatic effort.

Shreyas Iyer stunned both experts and fans as he took a blinder to dismiss Usman Khawaja during Day 2 of the second Test match between India and Australia on Saturday. It was a straightish delivery from Ravindra Jadeja and Khawaja made up his mind early to paddle sweep it towards fine leg. However, Shreyas, who was fielding at leg gully, moved swiftly towards his left and pulled off a stunning catch to make sure that the Australia opener was not able to repeat his first innings heroics. He hit two fours of Ashwin in the last game before he got out lbw so he was showing some aggression,” Khawaja said, when asked if Warner, whose stay looked painstaking during the 44 deliveries faced, needs to be pro-active.
