As soon as a 43-year-old Rohan Bopanna clinched his maiden Australian Open title with a straight sets victory in the men's doubles final, Chairman of the Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra praised him for the historic feat and said that the player has inspired him to pick the tennis racquet again and go back on the tennis court. Bopanna became the oldest-ever man to win a Grand Slam. He paired with local player Matthew Ebden to clinch the historic feat in Melbourne.
