It’s fair to say we’ve had a pretty miserable and wet summer this year, with July being one of the wettest on record according to the Met Office. And now in typical British fashion, as we wave off the summer of 2023 we’ve been hit by a glorious heatwave, with temperatures rising as high as 29 degrees across Greater Manchester. So what better way to relax in the sun than enjoy a freezing cold ice cream?
