IMOLA, Italy : The massed ranks of Ferrari fans will be hoping to celebrate a triumphant homecoming at Imola on Sunday after Charles Leclerc's early season domination raised expectations to the highest levels in years.
Some statistics for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix at Italy's Imola circuit, round four of the Formula One season:
Millwall manager Gary Rowett has revealed that Jed Wallace and Scott Malone are both set to miss this weekend’s clash with Birmingham City due to their respective injury issues.
Carlos Sainz has signed a new contract with Ferrari, keeping him with the Italian team until the end of the 2024 F1 season.
AlphaTauri shocked by reliability issues
Charles Leclerc is in for a momentous weekend if Ferrari's early season form holds firm in the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix with the team's tifosi ready to turn Imola into a sea of red. Ferrari fans could well have double cause for celebration with Sunday's race accompanied by the first of this year's three beefed-up sprints. The winner of Saturday's 100km dash around the bumpy old school circuit will earn eight points compared to only three in last year's trials.
