Snowboard legend Shaun White missed out on a halfpipe medal in his last competition as Japan’s Ayumu Hirano claimed gold with a dazzling final run. The 35-year-old American, who will retire after Beijing 2022, finished fourth with 85.00 points. Ad/> Hirano took the gold medal with 96.00 points ahead of Australia’s Scotty James (92.50) and Switzerland’s Jan Scherrer (87.25).
