'He Is Three-dimensional Like Ravindra Jadeja': Matthew Hayden's Massive Praise For Pakistan Cricketer

Ravindra Jadeja is undoubtedly one of the finest all-rounders in the world. Making his debut in 2009, Jadeja has played 174 ODIs, 64 T20Is, and 65 Tests and has taken 510 wickets. Apart from shinning with the ball, Jadeja has also scored a whopping total of 5689 international runs. During the Border-Gavaskar Trophy Trophy against Australia, earlier this year, the 34-year all-rounder emerged as joint Player of the Series with Ravichandran Ashwin. Despite all these heroics, former Australia Matthew Hayden went on to compare Pakistan all-rounder Shadab Khan with Jadeja.

Watch: When Sachin Tendulkar's Googly Left Former Pakistan Captain Moin Khan Scratching His Head

Arguably the greatest batter to have ever played the game, former India star Sachin Tendulkar enjoys a huge fan following around the globe. During his career, which last nearly 25 years, Tendulkar broke several batting records, which he still holds to date. However, cricket fans who closely witnessed his career know that apart from being an outstanding batter, the 50-year-old was also a pretty handy customer with the ball. For the record, Tendulkar has 200 international wickets (154 in ODIs and 46 in Tests) to his name.

"Lesson For All": Ex Pakistan Star On West Indies' Elimination From ODI World Cup Qualifiers

West Indies' elimination from the ICC World Cup 2023 qualifiers on Saturday has sparked a lot of debate regarding the downfall of the team. One side is criticising the West Indies Cricket board for neglecting the players and their needs while the other side is pointing fingers at the players for prioritizing the franchise leagues more than international matches. The Shai Hope-led team was thrashed by Scotland in the Super 6 match of the World Cup Qualifiers by seven wickets and got knocked-out of the race for the marquee event, for the first time in history.

"They Made Ball Miss Stumps": Pak Great On Sachin Tendulkar's LBW Call In 2011 World Cup

Former Pakistan spinner Saeed Ajmal has made a big claim regarding the much-talked-about decision on Sachin Tendulkar's wicket in the 2011 World Cup semi-final in Mohali. Tendulkar was batting at the score of 23 when a delivery from Ajmal hit him on the pad in front of the stumps. Umpire Ian Gould raised his finger to the appeal of the Pakistani players but Tendulkar decided to go upstairs. Replays revealed that the ball would have missed the leg stump and that helped the batter survive.

Nottinghamshire Outlaws narrowly missed out on securing a place in the quarterfinals of the ongoing T20 Blast following their two wicket defeat to Birmingham Bears on Friday. Despite Shaheen Afridi taking four wickets in the first over, the Outlaws failed to defend the 169-run total as Rob Yates anchored the Bears' chase of 169 with a 46-ball 65. However, Shaheen hogged all the limelight for his efforts in the first over as he bagged four wickets to give the Outlaws a dream start. The Pakistan pacer dismissed Alex Davies (0), Chris Benjamin (0), Dan Mousley (1) and Ed Bernard (0), respectively.

Pakistan To Send Security Delegation To India To Inspect ICC World Cup 2023 Venues: Report

Pakistan is set to send a security delegation to India for inspecting the venues before giving clearance for the national team's travel to the neighbouring country for this year's ICC ODI World Cup. An official source in the Inter-Provincial Coordination (Sports) Ministry said that the government, including the foreign and interior ministry would decide when to send the security delegation to India once the new chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board was elected after the Eid holidays. "The security delegation will go with representation from the PCB to inspect the venues where Pakistan will play and also the security and other arrangements made for them in the World Cup," he said.

"This Is Nonsense": Ex-Pakistan Star Tears Into The Country's Cricket Board Over 2023 World Cup Venue Fuss

Former Pakistan batter Basit Ali has urged the country's not to create unnecessary fuss over the venues of the upcoming ODI World Cup in India. Pakistan are scheduled to take on arch rivals India at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on October 15. However, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has reportedly expressed its unwillingness to play at the venue. They had also, according to a PTI report, said that they would not want to face Afghanistan in Chennai. However, Basit Ali feels that playing at the world's biggest cricket stadium might actually be beneficial for Pakistan as the pressure will be on the home side instead of them.
