Rajasthan Royals (RR) defeated Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by seven runs in Match 30 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season, at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. Chasing a target of 211 runs, KKR were bowled out for 210 in 19.4 overs with Yuzvendra Chahal taking a hat-trick and a five-wicket haul for RR. Earlier, a knock of 103 runs off 61 balls by Jos Buttler helped Rajasthan post 217 for five in 20 overs.

Buttler's 61-ball 103 had nine fours and five sixes as Royals scored an imposing 217 for five but KKR skipper Shreyas Iyer (85 of 51 balls) made a match of it in company of Aaron Finch (58 off 28 balls).

Delhi Capitals' Mitchell Marsh Tests Positive For COVID-19, No Decision Yet On Match Against Punjab Kings

Delhi Capitals' Australian all-rounder Mitchell Marsh has tested positive for COVID-19 in his second RT-PCR test. Marsh's first RT-PCR test had come out to be negative, after returning a positive Rapid Antigen Test (RAT). NDTV has further learnt that a total of three squad members have tested positive. The results of other players and staff members is currently awaited. Delhi is scheduled to play Punjab Kings on Wednesday in Pune and team's travel plans have been stalled for now. No decision has been taken on the fate of the match yet.

Delhi Capital's Match vs Punjab Kings On As Mitchell Marsh Tests Negative: Report

Australian all-rounder Mitchell Marsh has tested negative in his mandatory RT-PCR test after returning a positive Rapid Antigen Test (RAT), meaning the IPL match between Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings on Wednesday will go on as scheduled. It can also be confirmed that save physio Patrick Farhart, who is already in isolation after testing positive, all the other RT-PCR reports have turned out to be negative. "Mitchell Marsh's RT-PCR report has come negative. RT-PCR report is supposed to be conclusive evidence and all other members have also tested negative in RT-PCR tests. There is no threat to Wednesday's match between DC and PBKS," a senior BCCI official told PTI on Monday.
