T20I Player Rankings: Suryakumar Yadav Continues To Be At Top Among Batters

India's batting dynamo Suryakumar Yadav continued his dominance on the T20I batters rankings while Bangladesh seamer Taskin Ahmed and spinner Mahedi Hasan have been rewarded for their good form against Zimbabwe by making giant strides on the latest ICC Men's T20I Player Rankings. Suryakumar leads the T20I batters ranking with 861 points while England batter Phil Salt in the second position follows the India batter with 802 points. Meanwhile, Experienced Bangladesh batter Mahmudullah jumps two places to equal 81st on the same list, with India dynamo Suryakumar Yadav remaining way out in front of the T20I batter rankings.

On Rinku Singh's surprising omission from India's 15-member squad for the Men's T20 World Cup, Ashok Malhotra, former India star, blamed his Kolkata Knight Riders teams. Malhotra has held top BCCI post too as in December, 2022, he was appointed a member of BCCI's Cricket Advisory Commitee. Rinku has played 15 T20Is for India since his debut last year. He has majorly excelled as a finisher, by scoring 356 runs at a strike rate of 176.23. But in IPL 2024, he hasn't got ample batting opportunities for Kolkata Knight Riders.

Jadeja took to Instagram and shared a picture with his wife after they cast their votes. "My vote, my right," he captioned it. Rivaba is a Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) MLA from the Jamnagar North Assembly constituency. Jadeja's sister, Naina Jadeja, and father, Anirudhsinh Jadeja, also cast their vote in Jamnagar during the third phase of the Lok Sabha elections.
