Two-time World Cup-winner Yuvraj Singh, one of cricket's greatest left-handers, will represent India Masters in season one of the International Masters League (IML), which will be played from February 22 to March 16 this year. A name synonymous with glory and game-changing moments, Yuvraj was one of the chief architects of India's victory in the inaugural ICC T20 World Cup in 2007, during which he famously smashed England pacer Stuart Broad for six sixes in an over.

Harshit Rana had a fantastic T20I debut on Friday with the Indian cricket team pacer scalping three important wickets against England in the fourth T20I in Pune. However, Rana grabbed the spotlight after he came in as a 'like-for-like' concussion substitute for Shivam Dube. The latter, who scored 53, was hit on the helmet in the penultimate ball of the Indian innings by a Jamie Overton delivery. Following the mandatory concussion test, Dube was cleared to play. However, he was run out on the final delivery of the innings. Dube is a pace allrounder, while Rana has so far played the role of specialist fast bowler in the Indian cricket team.

The change in squad worked in India's favour as Harshit returned figures of 3 for 33 in his quota of four overs. He picked the wickets of Liam Livingstone, Jacob Bethell and Jamie Overton.
